I am trying to transfer money from my instant access savings to an account in another bank. i have tried multiple times, and with two different accounts, but it always says that it was unsuccessful. I cant find any online support.

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you call the Savings team they'll be able to check this for you. You can reach them on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help.
