I used to download these statements via the mobile app but that is no longer possible since the latest app update and I can’t find them online. Anybody any ideas?

We're aware this is an issue affecting some customers and are working on a fix. In the meantime, please make sure your device and app is up to date.
You should still be able to download them via Online Banking for now.

@ChristopherP .. Unfortunately the statements I am looking for (Pay+ and Round up) are not available online but only available in the app.

@g4fmwx I don't know if its related to the ongoing issue but I keep getting emails saying the round up statement has been added to the app even though I have looked at the statement they aren't stopping. Could it be something to do with the fact I can't download the statement? Just thought I would mention it. Thanks

@g4fmwx another statement for the Round Up account has been added to the mobile app and again I can’t download it. Is there any news when the app is going to be fixed? Not sure why I have been sent this statement as it’s not diue until the 13th of the month. Thanks. Ian
