I recently stayed in a hotel in Chile who took a $250 holding deposit when i checked in. I have contacted the hotel numerous times after checking out to ask fro the deposit back. They said it can take up to 30 days. It is now over 30 days and the hotel is not replying to my emails. What can i do next ?
