Hi.

I signed up today for a JISA for my newborn. It automatically set it up as paperless which is fine with me. However, will this affect me receiving a welcome pack in the post as I will need to confirm my identity etc?

Do you happen to know if once the welcome pack signature is sent back that’s when they’ll progress the amount that the account should have been opened with? Seems a long time has passed without the transfer occurring or being mentioned as a pending transfer.
