The length of time at my address is wrong in your records

    When I opened my savings account I must have scrolled back up again when selecting how long I had been at my address.

    I have lived at the same address since 1985, but when I applied for another savings account recently it said I had only lived there 2 years and I had to input another address.

    Of course I had to put the same address as before because I have never lived anywhere else since 1985. A bit annoying to say the least.

    I did telephone and speak to someone who told me just to put the same address in but I want it to be amended to the correct length of time I have lived there.

    How can I get this changed when there is no way of sending a message to Tesco other than by snail mail?
