Just checked my statement and have had a late payment fee added to my account, why is this? I pay every month by direct debit, nothing has changed it hasnt been cancelled but you are very quick to add a late payment fee?
Unhappy long term customer to say the least. And its also messed up my credit report so thank you so very much Tesco Bank.

I'm sorry to hear you've been charged a fee. Late fees are only applied if we receive the payment after the due date, so we'll need to check your account to see what has happened.
