@Martinjg Hey! The team are definitely aware of this, but we can't be sure on a timescale on when it will be fixed, I'm afraid. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this is causing in the meantime.

This ATM is still out of order. I have looked at the Tesco Bank complaints process but there is nothing there for ATMs. This is simply not good enough in a holiday village where this is the only free ATM. Could you perhaps advise how this can be rscalated
