I have been sent a letter stating that for the last two months you haven't received my minimum payment. I believe the first time was due to me changing my direct debit to the previous statement balance and I was charged a late payment fee and subsequently cleared the full balance. However my direct debit instruction has been in place for over a month now so I don't know why this has happened again.
I am very unhappy as this will affect my credit rating.
