I opened an Internet Saver account about a month ago and deposited some funds into it from my Natwest current account, but I cannot seem to withdraw or transfer any funds from it.

I don't even have the option to do so on the app, and online I just get an error message saying transaction failed please try again.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be able to look into this for you.
