I have a quick question, It showed me to pay either minimum amount or full balance, I chose the full balance. When the payment went through it turned out that the payment was bigger than actually the amount to be paid (strange) so now I've got -21£ on my account.

After that the Card is being declined every time I try to use it. I used PIN, I tried to unblock the PIN in cash machine, also this didn't work. So I cannot use the card at all. I tried to contact customer service but there is no option to talk to human, just automatic responses that do not fix my issue :(

@GosiaP Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

If your PIN is blocked, you will need to call the Credit Card to resolve this. You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

If you have a credit balance on your account, you can request a refund for your exact credit balance on your account as a money transfer. You can do this through online banking or the mobile app.

Please note, you can only request a money transfer to move the amount of funds you are in credit by and not the amount refunded to you by the merchant. For example, if you received a refund of £300 yet are in credit of £200 (showing as -£200), please only transfer the £200. I have attached a link to show you how to do this.

When we process this type of refund sometimes a money transfer fee will be applied in error. If you see this appear via online banking or the mobile app then don’t be alarmed. If you’ve only transferred the exact amount you are in credit by, we'll automatically refund this fee within 7-10 working days.
