Hi,

I recently applied for a loan which was approved, after signing it took me to the proof of id page, i sent a copy of my license and as i was about to do the short video it said my session had timed out and that was it, no way of getting it back and no proof anywhere and no email, how can ifinish my application without applying and doing another credit check ?

If your application has timed out it's likely you'll need to call us to proceed with it.

After i was approved for a loan ,i was sent the forms to sign and complete my application, everything was ok until i got to where i had to prove my id, i sent a copy of my license and then had to do a 20 video , as i went to do , it says session had expired , i tried to click back and do it again but it went right back to the beginning, I have no email or and other correspondence to show that i applied or how far i got , i didn't want to got through it again and have another credit check on my report, what do i do
