I'm new here - so I don't know how to get this question to the right place.

I have an ISA with you, and I can't log in to the account because the website is trying to call me on the landline, but I never receive the voice message. The phone rings but I get silence on the other end.
I need to find out what type of ISA it is, to know whether I can transfer it to another ISA before the end of the term.

How can I get in touch with you? I don't have a voice.
