Can I speak to a human? Unable to update clubcard number on credit card

    I've been trying for weeks and still can't get through to anyone at Tesco credit card. I'm trying to link a new clubcard to my credit card (clubcard stolen so got new number). I can't use the card in the shop with new clubcard as the card has the old one on and it's a real faff having to explain to staff how to bypass the system everytime to make payment. The number on the site says not in use and I've tried all other options through different numbers and getting nowhere. Anyway I can speak to a human who can sort this for me please?

    I'm sorry you've had trouble reaching us. You will need to contact the Clubcard team for this. You can reach them here, and they'll be able to merge the accounts for you.

    For future reference, you can reach the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm).

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
