Hi I was approved for a loan online and the application will be sent to me in the post. Do you not do digital signature? I didn’t know if I missed this option but would prefer to do this if possible please? Also I have not received an email or anything confirming the application is this correct ? Thanks

In some cases, we might not be able to accept your application straight away and offer a digital signature. In that case we’ll need to get more information from you to make sure everything is okay before we approve your application and send you the funds.

We don't send emails relating to loan applications so there's no need to be concerned about that 😊
