A couple of weeks ago I applied for the online Savings Account, and a few days later received a letter in the post which I needed to sign and return to finish setting up my account.
I posted the letter tracked next day delivery, but I can see from the tracking that the letter has not left my local sorting office and I believe it has been lost.
Is it possible to request a new copy of this letter be sent to me to sign and return, or alternatively, can I send in my Customer Copy instead as this would save some time.
