My loan application went off the page when I was doing my ID part and didn’t save. How can I continue?

As your application has timed out you will need to call us to progress with it, I'm afraid.

You can reach the Loans team on 0345 600 6016, available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm, and they'll be happy to help.
