Hi - I had a balance transfer declined with EBT-01 as the response.

There is sufficient balance available. Can you please assist?

If you see this error code when attempting a Balance Transfer it could be for a few reasons. It could be that there is a restriction/block on your account or that the transfer needs to be processed manually. It could also be a glitch in the app, so please ensure your app/device are fully updated before processing the transfer.

If you do see this error, we can check your account if send a private message. However, please be aware, that you may need to call us to resolve this after we've checked your account.
