My banking app has not been working for a couple of days, at least. When I run it, it tries to start but just sits there, it seems to be trying to open but never gets as far as asking me to log in. Does anybody know why this might be?

I'm sorry you're having issues with the mobile app. Please ensure your device and app is fully updated. If the issue persists, please attempt to reinstall the app to see if this resolves it for you. -

Thanks for that. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is still the same.
I'm on Android 9, the app is supposed to be compatible with Android 8 onwards so should be ok.
Any other thoughts?
