Trying to send money and getting errors

    Attempting to send some money from a Tesco Internet Saver to a Principality Building Society savings account in my name, and keep getting following:

    "Send money

    Please correct the errors before continuing""

    Have sent to other Principality savings Accounts in my name in past without problem. Can see no errors (and unhelpfully, message does not highlight which info Tesco think needs correcting). This payment was set up in usual way.

    Any ideas why this might be happening?

    If you call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) they'll be able to look into this for you.
