    I applied for a Tesco loan I got confirmation on my offer in an email and got to the bit online where I need to take a picture of my passport and I was looking for my passport it timed out I tried using the application ID And said It couldn’t find my application so I started a new now I have three applications set up by mistake I just want to accept the offer and verify my identity of the offer I got for my first application what do I do

    In this case you'll need to call us, and the Loans team will be able to help you proceed with the initial application and close the duplicate one.

    You can reach them on 0345 600 6016, available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm, and they'll be happy to help.
