When my loan was accepted last week i was given two options to sign documents, i chose to have them posted out but it's been a week now and wondered if i could request to sign them digitally ? I didn't realise it was going to take as long..

I'm sorry you still haven't received your documents. They take 3-5 working days to arrive after being posted.

We're not able to change to a digital agreement at this stage, I'm afraid.

Just an update, and a disappointed one. It's now been 7 working days and i've still not received any documents to sign.
