Hi,

I had a COVID payment break and keep receiving arrears letters.

I have two figures on the arrears letter; My Loan balance and amount required as of date to satisfy the arrears.

If I continue to pay my monthly direct debit payments to the loan, will this also pay off the arrears?

If a not, can you please advise how I pay this?
