Loan Application Timed Out

    Good morning, I wonder if you can help me.

    I applied for a loan late last night, entered all my details and when I got to the 'processing application' page, it timed out so I didn't even get to the decision page, therefore I am unsure whether I have been accepted or declined. So I thought I'd try to start over and it says that I already have an account. I read somewhere that Tesco Bank do this to stop more than one application however, does this mean I've been accepted as it says I already have an account?

    I have read other posts which say to contact the 0345 telephone number, however this will be tricky over the next few days due to shift work. I wondered if I might receive a text or some other communication to confirm the decision and this is my question. Will Tesco Bank send me something to confirm the outcome either way or can l send a message to Tesco-Bank as per other posts?

    I am sorry you didn't get confirmation of your application. Usually, we would send texts with updates as they come however if you message including your full name, DOB and postcode we can look into this further for you. Remember to write your DOB and postcode like this: A B 1 2 3 C D - Tristan
