I applied for a loan on 23rd May and got accepted in principle. They needed copies of my bank statements so was sending documents out in the post.

After problems with the post, I finally recieved all documents that needed sending back on Wednesday. I sent these back Thursday morning, I’m not sure if the prepaid envelope is first class or not but I haven’t received any update since.

How long does this process normally take? And how do I find out whether I have been accepted?
