Hi, I've got a DD set up to make payment, that is more then the minimum, but this month I have been charged £12 late payment because tesco hasn't requested the payment on time, as I can't set it up to change the date, it's alway been taken on the 20th or 21st but for some reason this month I've been charged because it is late. Has anyone else had this?

I'm sorry to hear you've received an unexpected late payment fee.


If you've made any recent changes to your Direct Debit, it may not have been set up on time to take your Direct Debit payment and a manual payment would be required.
