Hi,

Last week my 1 year fixed rate saver matured and I received the interest in my original account on Friday. However the principal is still in the Tesco account, listed as Fixed Rate Saver with the amended interest rate and no option to transfer it back to my original account. I had not preselected a maturity option as I had assumed I could transfer my money back manually. Could you please advise me on how to transfer money out of a matured account?
