Security answers not accepted in online banking.

    For 2 days now, I have been unable to log on to my Tesco Bank a/c.
    The site keeps telling me that the numbers which I input in answer to security questions are incorrect.
    I have tried changing the numbers, and have cleared the Tesco cookies on my laptop, but I am still unable to get past the security questions.

    @tccdavid Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    This error should only appear if the wrong information was being entered. If you click 'I've forgotten', you will be able to reset your login credentials and access the account.

    I have tried "this", and so much else. I spent 1/2 hour speaking to someone on the phone who was walking me through various criteria, but all of a sudden a message appeared telling me that there has been an "outage" at Tesco Bank since 29/06 --- and it was ME telling HER about this. Why wasn't she aware of it?
    I have now successfully accessed my a/c via my mobile and via my Tesco mobile app. Alas, the online site on my laptop is still not allowing access.
    I'm going to give it another day or two before trying again, and before phoning Tesco's technical helpdesk again.
