I've currently got a Fixed Rate Saver which has just matured.
The site has given me the option of opening a new account ready for the transfer however it seems there is no option to allow me to transfer the matured balance into the new account except from the option to 'Phone up'.
I've given it a go on the phone and after being stuck in the queue for a while I've given up.
What I'm asking for is not rocket science, I've got online banking with a few other banks and everyone has allowed me the freedom to transfer online except Tesco.
Can a representative please contact me, otherwise I'm just going to move elsewhere If I have to sit in a queue for an extended length of time.
