Why aren't my purchase notifications showing in the App?

Whenever i am trying to make online purchases and it asks me to open my app to authorise it, there is no notification in my app to authorise.

Please advise how this can be fixed?

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please ensure your app is fully up to date in the first instance. If the issue persists, then reset the app in the main menu and this should hopefully resolve the issue for you.
