I was accepted for a loan but as I was getting a bank statement to send, it timed out and I didn't note down the application ID.

It said I would receive information by post but i'm not sure where I need to send the statement to so that my application can be progressed?

Hi @leh85, I'm sorry to hear that.

Your credit agreement will be sent in the post to sign and send back which will arrive within 3-5 working days, your loan application reference will be stated on your credit agreement.

This will also include a freepost envelope for you to return your credit agreement and any supporting documents to us. If you would like a note of your application reference before receiving your documents, our loans team will be able to provide this over the phone.
