I am working overseas and have been locked out of my account, because the 'browser isn't recognised'. There appears to be no email, chat or messaging function, just a UK phone number which I can't call without vast expense and across a significant time difference. This isn't what I expect from an online banking service. Please can someone advise on how to get support so I can close my account.

Are you able to try a different browser to see if that works? Which type of account are you looking to close?
