It seem like there's a bit of a theme emerging from earlier messages - how long should I expect to wait for the 'Signature Letter' after opening a saver account? I received an email three days ago reminding me to send back a letter that I still haven't got!

The signature letter normally arrives by post within 4-6 business days.

If it has been longer than 4-6 business days, please send a private message and we'll check this for you 🙂
