Hi
I have been trying for weeks to access my car insurance account that i have accessed effortlessly before. Now all.i get is "Oops, something went wrong, try again later".

I have tried on different browsers, different tablets and computers and still am unable to see and access my 2 policies- one of which is up for renewal.

Have called the customer service centre to be spoke through a password reset and the register process, and even told to just keep trying.

Has anyone else had this and has a resolution please?
