I have closed an internet saver and the interest payment was sent by cheque but i forgot to bank this and was looking for it to be sent to my new internet acct instead or my nominated acct already held on file. I did originally request on the closure pdf for the fund to be sent to the new account but this was not done

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) they'll be able to help with this.
