Hi, I applied for a loan and all was approved, I had the email saying that everything is complete and the money is on its way. It said it should be within 24hrs but not to call till 48hrs. It's past 48hrs now and I haven't received the funds... Who do I contact? I'm assuming perhaps there are delays because of the IT problem with Microsoft? Any help would be much appreciated.

22-07-24 12:50Hi.. yes! Sorted. I spoke to them on the phone. I made the application early Thursday morning, and they hadn't received the digital signature until Friday morning, basically adding another day to the whole process. Very helpful on the phone, no problems at all 👍 -
