I have being unsucesfully trying to pay my account for over 3 months. I keep ending up against the same brick wall.
I am locked out of my account as my phone company have blocked my number as i have moved to Cambodia. I have kept up payments to them for a service i have not been using.
My landline was deleted after my fathers death and consequent sale of the house so my details are completely out of date.
I have spoken to representatives of your company who tell me that email is not secure and will not give me any information.
I am living in Cambodia with no intent to return to the UK. I have all account details available and the card is in my posession.
This has been an ongoing and frustrating process where i repeatedly find obstructions to my attempts to pay my balance.
As mentioned 18 Blake drive was sold months ago.

Please request any account details or card photos you may need so i can settle the balance. I really want to sort this out but am finding the process frustrating and am on the verge of walking away.
Please help me pay any monies owed by actually trying to help me do so.
