I paid my cc in the 19th July and it said it was pending in my bank account but I’ve just gone to check if my new statement is ready and I have a late payment fee and no record of payment being made? I have since checked my bank account and can see the cc payment is no longer there. Please help I have never missed a payment and do not want this affecting my credit score. I have added to further payments today also
