I have recently opened a fixed term savings account and am being asked for my Signature Letter. I have not received this almost 2 weeks later. Is this availble to download from my Tesco online banking account? I have tried the help number of 0345 678 5678 but there is no human available to talk to and I have waited for up to an hour at a time on the call. Its impossible. I´m thinking of cancelling the account before its even open properly. How is this good customer service? Please could someone help or even email me the signature letter that is required?
