Hi,

Im looking for some help with transferring my JISA OneFamily account into my new TESCO JISA

However when I’ve looked at the Tesco transfer form

it asks for a roll number,

OneFamily is NOT a traditional bank and also does not have a sort code linked with my account ONLY a sort code

I hope someone can shine a light and suggest what to fill in these boxes to ensure my transfer gets completed

Please call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) so they can look into this for you.
