Store card balance transfer

    I have been trying to transfer my store card to the Tesco credit card, however it does not accept the store card number and there is no other option to add other details in the app or web.
    I have to call customer service and went through nearly every option but was unable to speak to a human and there was no option to speak to someone.
    Please can anyone direct me to the right place to either transfer a store card or speak to a person, thanks 😊

    @LillyB Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you're not able to process the transfer on the app then it will need to be done manually. This is the case for quite a number of store cards.

    You can reach the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
