I was due a refund from a company for £1,234.99. The refund appeared in my pending transactions but then disappeared. When I called the company I am due the refund from, they assured me it had been processed through Stripe. Why would it then disappear? I have tried calling customer service but none of the options are applicable. Is anyone able to offer advice
