Hello, hoping that you are fine.

I got a Tesco Bank credit card since 2022, and I have been using it from time to time, regularly paying back what I spent from it.

Since April, the credit card balance debt is paid but, from that moment, every time I wanted to make a payment (either online or in a store), the card is declined.

In my Online Banking app I cannot see any difference from when the card was working properly, and I am not sure what it's happening with the credit card, as it does not seem to be disactivated.

Could you please shed a light here and help?
