I had an email in April from the Executive Club that my Avios would be lost in two months unless I collected or spent points (Avios). I had a lot of points. I continued to use my Tesco Clubcard quite a lot in April May and June, but today, I went into the Avios account to find all points cancelled, with a zero balance. I'm confused because I believed that by using my credit card and thus collecting points, the Avios would continue. Has anyone else had this issue please and did you feel it hadn't been explained properly?
