To log in to my tesco bank account, I receive the phone call with the code but I never receive the sms text message.

My phone is working fine.

Please help?

I'm sorry you're having difficulties receiving the verification code by text message.


Sometimes, it can be a network issue that causes this problem. If you request the code, switch off your mobile phone and switch it back on, this can help push through the verification code.
