Following the expiry of a Pay+ card, we have received the replacement. Clubcard points and prices have been properly credited (so far as we are aware) with this new card when we have shopped online.
Today, doing an in-store shop, the Pay+ card was accepted for payment, but we weren't credited with points or Clubcard prices when we used a 'normal' serviced till.
It has been resolved manually by Customer Services, but something to look out for when going forward.
