I’m trying to add funds to fixed rate saver but I’ve had email requesting I send signature letter back. I haven’t had a signature letter sent. How long does this process take? Can I not provide a digital signature instead?

I would have expected you to receive this within a week of applying for your fixed rate saver. If you still haven't received the signature letter, please contact our Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) they will be happy to help.
If a signature letter is on the way unfortunately this can't be signed digitally.
