Hi, anyone any idea how long should expect to wait for a reply for private message sent? Was asked to send a PM to enquire about a query and did so two days ago; not had a reply? Any help would be appreciated. The radio silence is worrying. Thanks.

@ChristopherP Hi, yeah I got a reply after I posted on here thank you. The advisor was however unable to help me through the private message so I had to call anyway unfortunately. Thanks for replying.
