I've seen this raised in the forum before but no answers seem to be posted. Both my and my partner's cards stopped working contactlessly simultaneously. I've used them both in Chip&pin machines just fine and that hasn't re-enabled the contactless functionality. There are no blocks or restrictions showing on my account online or in the app. I can't believe both cards got damaged at the same time (they're kept separate). I've ordered replacement cards but is there any other system setting I need to check in the app perhaps?
