Hi, contacted credit card team via phone several times now as I have not received my original pin for my Tesco credit card. I have also requested a pin reminder twice but, and here is the strange thing, As I am blind I mentioned this and have received two lots of Braille which I assume may or may not be my pin. As I do not read Braille it is useless. I mentioned this the last time I contacted credit card team and the lady said she would send it in large print (again, not really useful as I have no sight at all, but at least someone could read it to me or I could scan it). However, still not received a suitable pin reminder. Any possibility of checking up on this?
