Locked Account

    I have just signed up for Online Banking and my account has been locked. I have read the messages on here by contacting however this is not working. Can someone please advise how I get my account unlocked? I am unable to get through by phone and I am finding this site extremely frustrating. I just need someone to unlock my account so I can reset my password.

    Please help.

    Hi ,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble getting online and that you've not been able to message . Can I check that you have activated your account on The Community through the email sent to you when you registered? If you have you should find the link to message the account in the top right.

    You can also call us on 0345 300 3511 to get straight through to someone to help with unlocking your online login.
